Started my bp meds on losartan, then lisinopril for a few years with regular excess mucus in my throat. This aggravated a bad case of bronchitis last month and my doc changed my bp med to amlodipine. My mucus/cough subsided quite a bit but my bp was out of control. So the doc added back lisinopril, in addition to the amlodipine.

1st off, You've probably become sedentary because your current BP Med makes you lethargic and you don't feel like exercising. You said your BP Reading had become too low. Although I'm personally unfamiliar with Losartan, all BP Meds I am familiar with are COATED and hence are somewhat Slow Release.
