There seems to be a standard formula for multipage stories on Literotica. Several pages of slow buildup and then less than a page or maybe a page to a page and a half (rarely) of the climax. As the title says, I'm not a doctor (or a lawyer, counselor, or any other medical type), but I am an engineer. I hadn't noticed the comparision to Ohios' story, but it is valid.
