I find regular ibuprofen is vastly superior to Midol, though. I don't like taking pills that contain multiple drugs. For example, with the two pills you're taking now, it's not safe to take ibuprofen and aspirin together (so it wouldn't be safe to take Excedrin and ibuprofen but it's okay to take Midol and ibuprofen together.)
can i take midol and advil (ibuprofen) together?: Look at ingredients: Generally speaking it is not a problem to combine
Is Midol better than Ibuprofen for menstrual pain relief? What are the differences between Midol and Ibuprofen? Can I take Midol and Ibuprofen
can i take midol and advil (ibuprofen) together?: I have taken a total of 6 different pain relievers within 12 hours to relieve my cramps 2 midol,2 aleve, 2
