I take them together. I NEVER take adderall without propranolol but I do take propranolol without adderall once daily. Adderall increases my heart rate and blood pressure which increases my anxiety. The propranolol counteracts that for me. I'm prescribed adderall twice daily and propranolol 3 times daily.
For clarity's sake, Biphetamine was a mixture of amphetamine salts and (for practical purposes) the same as Adderall.
